Renato Garcia FerraciniParticipantI am starting to use ProjectLibre and this is the first issue that impacted my experience. I would like to use the mouse wheel to scroll the list of tasks vertically, but now it is scrolling horizontally. Could someone please fix this?

Peter RijsParticipantSame thing here. Did you ever get that to work? Could not get that to work either. The cost of the hours involved in that made me decide to, for now, go back to MS Project 2002 (still works in win11).
Another thing I could not get working in ProjectLibre is the zoom function. Only works in the chart space, not the sheet. Getting bigger text seems not to be possible from within the application.
Also, not being able to select multiple tasks to change their resources (or whatever) all at once is not possible. ProjectLibre seems to require doing that sort of thing one by one.
Appreciate the initiative, would be happy to donate, but for now it is below expectations. I’ll keep trying to get it working, but for now . . . -

Cullen LoweParticipantMy first day using ProjectLibre and I see what you mean about not scrolling up and down. The up and down arrow buttons work, as does Page Down and Page Up, but not being able to use the scroll wheel in my mouse is a real time waster. Bummer. I don’t see any options in the software about scroll wheels, maybe in a Win 11 setting?

Mdg RkbParticipantHello.
I also ran across this issue. The cause seems to be that the task lisk pane at the left only has a horizontal scroll bar, so if the cursor is over that pane and I move the mouse wheel (or slide two fingers on the touchpad), the list moves horizontally.
If I move the cursor over to the right side of the window, where there is a vertical scroll bar and move the wheel while the cursor is over that bar, then the task list does scroll vertically. Unfortunately having to move the cursor to the far right just to scroll vertically is inefficient. Hope the developer will add a (very thin or invisible) vertical scroll bar to the task list pane for the Gantt view.
Currently running version 1.9.8
Thanks

Miko90 Miko90ParticipantTry clicking once outside the task lines before scrolling. If that doesn’t work, check your mouse settings or try using the scroll wheel in another window to see if the issue is with the mouse or the program.
