      I have been running around in circles ever since I signed up for the product.
      I defined username password.
      A moment later when I try to log in, it tells me the username or password is wrong.
      I resent the password by using the email that it claims perhaps doesn’t exist.
      Changed the password. I log in and there is no product or project.
      I click Get Start Now takes me through the whole process again.
      Then I select Log in (Cloud AI) again it doesn’t recognize me.

      BTW, this is following a week’s work on the desktop product that disappeared into thin air with no trace that a project ever existed, which is why I switched to the could version, but it refuses to let me work.

      I wrote support but haven’t heard a response from anyone.

      Is anybody seriously using this tool or is it a North Korean scam?
