A map of the left navigation in ProjectLibre Cloud and what each top-level item opens.

This section teaches how to move around ProjectLibre Cloud using the left navigation — your primary product map. Each top-level item opens a workspace: AI chat, KPI dashboard, multi-project Portfolio, the individual-project schedule views, the enterprise Resources pool, or the Administration modal.

How to switch

  1. Click a top-level left-nav item (Copilot, Portfolio, Project, Resources, Administration, …).

  2. Expand Project (or Resources) to reveal submenu icons, then click the view you need. The active item shows a highlight / accent.

  3. To work inside a schedule, open a project from Portfolio — the center title becomes the project name and you land in Project → Gantt.

  4. Administration opens a modal overlay rather than replacing the page the way Portfolio / Gantt do.

  • Open from Portfolio — select a project → toolbar Open → land in Project → Gantt.

  • One connected schedule — Project submenu views share the same live data; a change in Gantt appears in Spreadsheet, Distribution, Network, and WBS.

  • Split panes stay row-synced — spreadsheet left + timeline/chart right; drag the splitter to resize.

  • RBAC filters Portfolio — you only see projects your role, teams, and Manage Access rules allow.

  • Administration is a modal — Cancel on dirty forms can prompt Discard unsaved changes?.
