Resource Views

How to navigate Resource views — Gantt, Spreadsheet, Distribution, RBS — plus capacity colors, material resources, and the User vs Resource difference.

Pro Tip: License Management

By maintaining resources that are not users, you can track an unlimited variety of assets and external labor without consuming your user license seats. Only those individuals who need to interact with the software itself require a User account.

Resource Gantt Chart

Resource Gantt capacity colors, Peak Units, and cross-project bars are taught under Resources → Resource Gantt — capacity colors and Resource Graph. For resolving overload, use Resource Leveling.
