Welcome to ProjectLibre Cloud
An introduction to ProjectLibre Cloud 2.0: what's new, the Portfolio command center, and how to log in.
ProjectLibre Cloud 2.0 is a cloud project management platform and scheduling engine built for teams that need Microsoft Project–familiar planning with real multi-project collaboration. You get a modern Gantt-centric schedule, an enterprise portfolio, role-based access, and interactive AI that creates and edits real project data — not a chatbot summary.
If you know desktop ProjectLibre or Microsoft Project, the Gantt, predecessors, indent/outdent WBS, and linking will feel familiar. The difference is cloud: one shared environment, permission-scoped projects, and views that stay connected.
What’s new in ProjectLibre 2.0
The ProjectLibre 2.0 preview highlights four pillars:
-
Modern interface — Drag-and-drop columns and portfolio rows, header sorting (for example Start / Finish), zoom in/out, and expandable detail columns on the portfolio spreadsheet.
-
Real-time collaboration — ProjectLibre Cloud supports real-time collaboration across shared project data. The preview shows live portfolio row reordering in the shared cloud environment.
-
Interactive AI — Create a project and also generate or append tasks from natural language (including multilingual prompts such as Spanish and Japanese shown in the preview). AI builds real schedule tasks and durations; it does not automatically assemble complex linked WBS hierarchies for you — you still refine links and structure.
Portfolio command center
After you sign in, you land on the enterprise Portfolio — your command center for every project you have permission to view across the organization.

Left navigation (as shown in 2.0): Dashboard · Portfolio · Project (collapsible: Gantt, Usage, Network, WBS) · Resources · Administration · Sign out.
Portfolio spreadsheet & timeline: Default columns include ID, Name, Duration, Start, Finish, and Percent Complete, alongside a portfolio Gantt timeline. Zoom In / Zoom Out adjust the timescale. Expanding the spreadsheet can show additional fields such as Cost, Remaining, Actual Cost, ACWP, Benefit, and Risk. Click a column header (for example Start or Finish) to sort. Drag column headers to reorder columns; drag row handles to reorder projects.
Open a project from Portfolio to work in Gantt and related Project views. See also Portfolio View.
